Capital Culture PS5 Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Capital Culture LLC, located in Indiana (“Sponsor”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The sweepstakes begins on April 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST and ends at May 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

You may enter the sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

A. PURCHASE ENTRY METHOD

Visit https://capitalculture.store/ and purchase any Capital Culture product during the Sweepstakes Period. Each purchase automatically earns entries based on the amount spent. Multiple orders purchased on different days is acceptable for additional entries. Entry is not guaranteed without order confirmation.

B. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD

To enter without making a purchase, mail a hand-written letter explaining why you should win the PS5 sweepstakes, along with your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and age to:

Each properly submitted letter will receive the same number of entries as an average order (Sponsor will disclose average entry amount upon request). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [May 8, 2025] and received by [3 business days later from the date sent].

5. SOCIAL MEDIA REQUIREMENT

To be eligible to win, all entrants (purchase or mail-in) must follow @captlcultr on Instagram and @CapitalCulture.shop on TikTok. Winners will be announced exclusively on those platforms.

6. PRIZES

One winner will be randomly selected:

  • Grand Prize: 1 (one) PlayStation 5 Standard + PlayStation Portal (approx. retail value: $600)

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss of any prize item in transit.

7. TAXES

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. Winners must complete and return an IRS Form 1099 prior to prize distribution, as required by law. Any winner who does not complete the required tax documentation will forfeit the prize.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about May 10, 2025. Winner names will be announced on @CapitalCultureOfficial Instagram and TikTok. Winners will also be contacted via the email or phone number provided. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, or does not comply with these rules, another winner may be selected.

9. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. This promotion is limited to the first 5,000 unique orders, or until the end date of May 8, 2025. Free mail-in entries will be treated as the average number of entries per paid order.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Based on a projected 5,000 orders with an average purchase of $50, the estimated total number of entries is 250,000. The odds of winning for a customer spending $50 would be approximately 1 in 5,000. Individual odds vary depending on the amount spent.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents' use of the entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without payment or additional consideration.

12. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Capital Culture LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt or use of any prize.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

These communications may include updates about sweepstakes results, promotional offers, product releases, event announcements, and news relevant to our brand or partners.

Opt-Out Policy

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email,

  • Replying “STOP” to any SMS message, or
